Burai uses a credit model for the aspects of the tool that utilize AI. Each subscription comes with a set amount of Burai Credits per month that are drawn down as eligible AI functionality is utilized.

Functionality within Burai that consume Burai Credits include the creation of tasks by the DataBridge Agent, the mapping of a workflow by the WorkSmith Agent and the generation of an output by the KnowledgeFlow Agent.
How many Burai Credits does the DataBridge Agent use?
Simply put, each task created by the DataBridge Agent consumes 1 Burai Credit.
How many Burai Credits do the WorkSmith and KnowledgeFlow Agents use?
Since these two agents can vary wildly, from simple to highly complex workflows and outputs, our AI assesses the lift for each scenario and presents a proposed number of Burai Credits to run that you must approve before the Agents run, ensuring complete transparency and a real ROI.
Can I buy more Burai Credits?
Yes, if you are in the Burai Team or Burai Premium Subscription, you can purchase more Burai Credits in Burai in bundles of 1,000 for $29.
Do Burai Credits expire?
Unused Burai Credits expire Monthly for each user and reset to the allotment within your Subscription.
How many team members do I need in order to benefit from WorkSmith & KnowledgeFlow Agents?
In order for the WorkSmith and KnowledgeFlow Agents to run, you will need at least 6 total team members in your Burai Account.
Can Burai Credits be pooled together for all the users in my account?
Yes, in the Burai Enterprise Subscription Burai Credits can be pooled together for all users. Contact our team to learn more about the Burai Enterprise Subscription.
What currency are the prices quoted in?
